Have someone monitor social media?
Hire interns or use student assistants to keep tabs on how BYU is being discussed on a local or national scale.
Are they not concerned with PR?
I'd guess that much of this information would be pushed to BYU by those outside the program rather than the school needing to go out and search for the info.
