Personally, I would give Kalani another year or two. If we fire him now,
what's to say that whoever we hire will "work out" right away? It takes a while to build up your recruiting, scheme, etc.
I am as frustrated as the next guy, but think that we need to invest more for the long term to see what we could get.

I agree that coaching is a huge problem... but the worst of coaches can’t hold some players back. Think Baker Mayfield
