I understand the comparison, but Riley routinely threw pick-6's.
At times it felt like he scored more points for the other team than BYU. Most of his extremely poor performances came while he was playing hurt, too. If Tanner's health is hurting the team, then that's an obvious reason to start Wilson. I haven't heard anything about that being the case yet, though.
