Another glaring problem for anyone who wants to submit themselves to
more suffering. Go back and watch the plays when Tanner did finally decide to start throwing it downfield. We got so many PI calls because he was underthrowing our receivers every time. He doesn't have the arm strength necessary to make those throws. He is physically not the same player he was his freshman year. It appears the injuries have taken their toll on him.

You could do this on most plays. Tanner struggles to see guys open all the time. Has for 2 seasons now.
