P5 Scholarship's can't be taken away due to 'poor playing'

Maybe I'm missing something here... But every P5 conference (SEC included) offers Guaranteed Scholarships. Coaches cannot take away a players scholarship due to poor performance.

BYU who is not in a P5 conference doesn't have this rule.
