performance. Why not a football scholarship? If an athlete chooses to attend a school that frequently withdraws scholarships for whatever reason, then that athlete is making a calculated risk. If that school was Alabama, it probably was not the only scholarship offer that athlete received. I have a hard time feeling bad for people who receive free school, board, books, food, professional training, nutritionists, tutors, and access to any class they want having those perks revoked because they are not living up their part of the bargain.
