Closer. He even put his foot UNDER Kawhi. See video https://youtu.be/sRmTlaL2GlU

In this one, the guy didn’t aggressively close out, he just didn’t retreat. Homeboy had plenty of room to come down.

I agree that he seems to have perceived a dirty close out however
