I will add, with regard to Utah's stadium expansion,
that I think they will be fine in terms of recouping the money they spend. It isn't a wrong decision, per se.
However, if they were really--REALLY--forward thinking, they'd have taken that $80M and put it into digital/broadcast. The future is coming fast and the schools with digital infrastructure will be at an advantage. Seating at stadiums is becoming more about experience and luxury and less about number of seats.
I really do think BYU's investment will be a big deal in the future.
