Don't ignore that P12 is falling behind; Big 12 would want So Cal teams
And there is no reason not to add them. Driver of this is networks and there is no reason to believe the networks don't want to monetize the matchups with USC and Texas.

I think the nominal moves left to make are West Virginia to the ACC, maybe one other team to the ACC.

Then I think Big 12 has a decision to make about whether it wants to go after the Pac12.

Going after USC and UCLA makes sense to take them to 11 (WV gone). Picking up Colorado fills the WV void and puts them at 12. Then its a question of getting four more teams or not. The schools are going to want to follow the money. Pac 12 has to make the case why their big money schools should stay when they are clearly getting outpaced on payouts by the other conferences. Its not a formula for success. So I think the most likely scenario is that 6 teams go away from the P12, USC and Stanford are probably the biggest prizes for TV. They would also want University of Washington. A TV Deal dream would probably be to take USC, Stanford, Washington and Colorado and not worry about Oregon.

Direct TV is owned by ATT; AT&T has a deal with the P12 network but Direct TV does not and it doesn't look like it is going to happen. P12 is in trouble.
