Co-championships is only possible if 1) not every team plays every other team (see the Big 10 (11) from the mid 90's
and 2000's) or 2) 3+ teams all end up with the same record and the wins work out that no one has the tiebreaker. You cannot have "co-championships" with 2 teams that played one another.
