for was Merlin Robertson. He chose BYU over SC and a ton of other schools. Was a weird situation and three weeks before signing day earlier this year, they told him they weren't sure if they would be able to get him into school. And, that they wouldn't know until August. Was really stupid how it was handled and from what I understand, it was a prior issue that was resolved. I don't know all the details and obviously had their reasons but sometimes someone needs to step up and battle for these kids.

By the way, Robertson is starting at ASU as a true freshman and one of the top LB's in the Pac 12. Think we could have used him last night? I agree with Hans. The athletic department needs to go and FIGHT for these guys to get in, not only because we have almost zero depth and need these kids but also, they really want to be at BYU and in the unique environment that BYU offers.
