I listened to Whittingham in an interview prior to the UW game in which he said that the qulity of recruits that started to listen to his pitch after getting into the PAC was as good as he imagined it would be, but even with inhanced recruiting it took them 8 years to accumulate the kind of depthit takes to win a conference division.

And you really think you can pound on Sitake for not having the depth to compete with the PAC after 3 years of recruiting?  Get real.
