subjective take on fiscal responsibility. But let's not pretend it's the way everyone is, or should be using the term.

Is there a spending problem? Absolutely. But good/bad spending isn't the only dimension of fiscal responsibility. A balanced budget isn't only about expenses, it's also about revenue.
