So you think it's more fiscally responsible for a government to spend more than
it brings in (ie. it runs budget deficits) than for it to spend less than it brings in (ie. it runs budget surpluses)? LOL.

I do agree that governments should try to spend as little as possible — in my second example, a government should invest those saving in debt reduction initially, and once the debt is paid down, it should work to reduce revenues/income (ie. taxes).

But I can't agree that a government that cranks up spending while it reduces taxes, and generates exploding Federal deficits in an expanding economy, is being fiscally responsible. Which is exactly what this government is doing.
