Enough to not cause some damage but just the motion itself is troublesome especially considering the one lady is older. It’s amazing how many rotator cuff surgeries are performed annually. Smh

Females don’t need a lot of weight and it’s based on strength of ligaments not how big your muscles are.

OK I weigh 165-175 and put about 130-150 lb on the leg press
