About what you need or don’t. Does exellwnt work. He’s done my shoulder and knee. And I’ve got a few patients that have had work done by him and he’s top notch. Funny thing is he’s not pretentious at all, in your consult he’ll probably drop an F bomb or two haha he deals with a lot of pro athletes.

Females don’t need a lot of weight and it’s based on strength of ligaments not how big your muscles are.
