Jeff is the man. It’s all about external rotation for lateral raises
He might call them W raises in other videos. Jeff is def not a proponent of upright rows, behind the back lay pull downs or palms down internally rotated lateral raises.
The W exercise he does is an amazing exercise for the lateral and post deltoid.
