But honestly, he's in a bit of a unique situation. He was hired and train, then the holidays were approaching which typically leads to a slow down in the pipeline for new project work. On top of that his specialty is still relatively new in the market and demand is just now picking up. It looks like he may be staffed by April at the latest...
