My little anecdote about this.
I have two daughters who both have grown up in a time where this vaccine has been available. With our youngest especially, we wree heavily pushed to have this vaccine administered to her. We did research on it, and found out that the HPV virus is an STD. I did not know this until I did the research, as most health professionals and the ads pushing this vaccine do not mention that (or maybe I just wasn't paying attention).
Thus we did not elect to get eithe rof my daughters vaccinated for the HPV virus.
