While incredibly sad for the families of those that did die,

there is inevitably going to be genetic abnormalities that lead to this. People are allergic to milk, soy, nuts, etc. so it would stand that there is some population that will be negatively affected by any type of drug.

Law of Averages may be the proper description of this?
