I love how people think they have better ideas than the brethren. BYU isn’t a

typical school. I’m pretty sure that more thought and prayer goes into decisions regarding BYU than your typical university. If god wants BYU to expand I would assume that would be something that is revealed to the brethren and not just a financial decision like other schools. The church already subsidizes a large part of the tuition costs.
