My only experience is with lawsuits in WV.
I think the place is a dump. Pretty landscape but the towns, buildings, culture are white trash. No way i would live there. However, if I had no other option Charleston is where I’d live. I thought Morgantown was ugly and trashy. I’m jaded because of the reasons why I spent time in WV but I always left depressed and feeling glad I didn’t live there.
