of doctors- but that means you are not going to live in the most ideal places. Dentists in my town in New Mexico are making so much money they dwarf their classmates who went home to Mesa, St George, Provo, etc. They can retire comfortably if they want to in probably 10 fewer years of working (at least) because they are more productive and profitable. They are two dentists short right now- but people do not want to leave the perfect places (in their mind)
