Both econ and stats are becoming feeders for analytics
Which is growing a lot and gives you a chance to work really anywhere. Anywhere from tech to proctor and gamble. Cutting edge which can be scary in its own right
Personally I find finance to be one of those degrees that doesn’t give you a definable skill. I ended up doing an accounting degree and had a lot of options. Ended up in finance with a leg up on finance majors

If you can’t get into to finance you will struggle in Econ. Econ was grades on a true curve and substantively
