all, we all make judgments every day about both things and people. That's human, so just because people make judgments does not mean they're being judgmental (or in other words, not judging unrighteously). On the other side of things, those who are acting inappropriately will often accuse those who call them out as being judgmental.

We all make judgments regularly about what is inappropriate; just because one does it does not make them, in your context, judgmental. So many facets of this life would be much worse if we didn't call out what we believed to be inappropriate. Think about it, if we simply said nothing all the time, then inappropriateness would increase greatly because those things would be left unchecked.

My point about this sign being inappropriate has to do with the concept of common/normal usage. The content of that sign/poster is not commonly used in volleyball; however, as I have learned about it, that phrase is now quite commonly used in a sexual reference. Those are both facts, and due to that being the case, I don't believe it is appropriate.

There's also irony in your comment: "...these posts are still evidence that there are people looking outward to fix people's "wrongs" instead of looking inward to fix their own." Did you just judge me and others like me who feel similarly? You're free to think that it's not inappropriate and state just as much; just don't label me for speaking my mind on the issue as well.
