14 years and has trended down for the last half of those...and next year isn't going to be any different. Sitake was not ready and I agree and said many times he doesn't get to tank a season and then base improvement off of that. So for me he gets one more year to have a great season or he should go.

But again he's newer and gets some leash and fans get that. Fans also care much more about football and the idea of dumping another coach is kinda depressing because we all know that means another few years of a rebuild. Sad times.
