Utah County approves 4.3M grant for Provo Airport Expansion.

For me, this is exciting news. The grant will enable the airport to start phase one of the Provo Airport Expansion. The project is to expand to 10 terminals. The total cost for the entire project is 41.8M. Broken out below as listed in the article:

"The cost for phase one of the project is estimated at about $41.8 million, with a breakout of cost being $8 million in FAA grants, $19 million of Provo funds, $9 million from the state of Utah and $4.3 million from Utah County."

I have taken several flights out of Provo and it has been much more convenient than SLC.
