The more i listen the more i think the fan is applauding Westbrook dancing

And is saying "get down Russ" " You go boy". Which is a completely normal term and phraseology. It sounds weird coming from that man and his voice trying to be "cool" perhaps with alcohol..but "you go girl" and "you go boy" are phrases used to cheer on people dancing..non story imo.
