Actually, IMO, quite literally an excuse..since intent and context are what
Give meaning to words not social outrage because we want to be.
The term under different co text can defi tely be a racial slur. And gay has multiple meanings..and bad is good...unless its bad.... Context and intent absolutely are of paramount, otherwise one could be outraged over any word at anytime and claim victimhood.
