There is no dictation in the contract about an early termination fee or how to cancel the contract...

We just signed on with the realtor today so that he would finish helping us close on a home. Within hours, the offer fell through on the home and he didn’t even try to do anything about it or counter-offer. We’ve barely worked with him and it’s clear that he isn’t a skilled negotiatior. How can we get out of the contract? There has to be a way to go through someone else, right? Feels like all contracts have out clauses, especially within the first few days.
