or her a letter detailing your greivance with the agent and request a termination of the contract. At that point, it's up to the broker to decide if he wants to hold you to the contract in order to get the commission of some future sale and risk some likely bad customer/client relations and publicity or to terminate the contract and hopefully not poison any possible deals that you might choose to transact with him/her in the future.
