I did when that happened. Just emailed them saying we were terminating the
Contract for immediate documentation and then sent a letter in the mail

Good luck. Most realtors will sneak in some long term agreement in there that says you can’t sell with anyone but them

Your contract is with the broker, not the agent. Talk to the broker or send him
