But I've been trying CBD oil over the last three weeks and feel like its helped me be leveled out in the evenings. One big problem I had was an over active mind that never shut off when trying to go to sleep. CBD seems to be helping me with that. But I'm very happy not using adderall unless I need to be doing my taxes or something really boring like that.
