Vyvanse would be my recommendation, then concerta
If Vyvanse isn’t covered by insurance-my boys use it and it helps. And it’s out of your system completely within 24 hrs
60 mg is what my oldest takes and he has ADHD. Make sure you know if you are ADD or ADHD, very different.

More important to find something you really enjoy. Get on good meds that work for you w/ few side effects.
