in a position of need. Already has a college degree. He is religious. Comes from a military family. Knows and accepts the HC. The guy is pretty much gift wrapped for us.

If I am Kalani or any other coach and can’t get this guy on the roster, I would really question the direction of the program. As a religious university we have enough obstacles as it is. If his hands are tied even more you have to wonder if we can ever seriously compete at a level we all expect.

If we cant get a guy like this into the program then just forget about trying to field a legitimate competitive D1 football team. Or get used to 6-6 seasons and occasional potato bowls.
