Unfortunately, unlike you, I didn't turn the Miracle Bowl back on. I went to bed in a depressed state.

It wasn't until I was awakened by my screaming family in the other room did I come out of my bedroom to ask what happened.  I was happy with the outcome, but they were euphoric because they watched it unfold.

I decided then and there to never turn off the TV until the game was over. (Now with modern technology, I can skip forward to see if it's worth continuing to watch...)
