The fact that he's not currently throwing means it was almost certainly a labrum
rather than a rotator cuff or some other procedure.

Which means if he starts throwing the end of June and takes six weeks to get up to speed, he's not fully throwing until mid-August. Maybe everything goes 100% perfect and he has no setbacks and he's 100% for the Utah game, but that's not a given. The Colts couldn't get Luck there and he ended up sitting out the entire season. Wilson may need a few extra weeks to get back to form. Expect Hall for those first few games.
