I disagree - if you look at the mock drafts for 2019, there is almost no

consensus on picks 12-28. There is a very good chance that if you are drafting at 24 or 25 you might be able to get the player that you would have drafted at 12 or 13. Basically that range has guys like Brandon Clarke, Daniel Gafford, KZ Okpala, Bol Bol, Naz Reid, all over the place.

I'm sure that more consensus will develop between now and the draft, but right now, most of the prospects in that range seem to have a lot of variance in teams and scouts opinions.
