People love to talk trash about their employers or the owners of businesses who do well... but a business owner carries more weight and stress than any employee ever could. If the business fails, the employee can just find a new job... and they may never know how close a business came to failing while they were employed.

Business owners get the reward because they take the risk. There's a lot of stress involved with investing YOUR OWN hard earned money and betting that it will work out.

I've owned several businesses over the years. Some have done better than others, but several have completely fell flat on their face... That sucks. It creates issues in your marriage and with your family. You have 100 people telling you to just go get a job like everyone else. Some people mistake your failures for laziness.

I'm glad I have worked out most of the kinks at this point...
