We live in Daybreak and our builder is Destination Homes. Our home came with a 1 year limited warranty that expired in July of 2016.

Here are the issues we are having
- All of the outdoor wood including stairs, railings, and pergola are literally falling apart. During the first year we never noticed that wood and paint was completely untreated.

- all of the paint on our cabinet doors are chipping off like crazy in our kitchen and bathrooms.

- the plumbing in one of the bathrooms was done wrong leading to sewage smells coming out of all the pipes in that bathroom

I don’t know if there’s anything I can do. If anything, at least i made you guys aware of Destination Homes if you decide to buy/build a house with them.
