I would have gladly fixed it if we knew what the problem was. The fix was much more involved than $300
In fact they couldn’t even confirm the diagnosis without chipping off the stucco around the leaky window and 2 upstairs windows above it, and all of the stucco between them. Only then could they fix the windows, repair the water damage, and then redo the stucco and repaint. 3 different contractors over 2 weeks.
