Think Pavlov. Play the same CD / mp3 of lullaby music at every bedtime.

For my babies, that was Jay Leno music. 😏Once old enough, we did the method above.

I carry a squirt bottle at night. I see a kid out of bed they get soaked. They tend to stay in bed.
