I’ve spent a lot of time there, and would love to live there, if only for a few

years, but it is of course expensive & difficult with a family. We explored it a few times and would have lived a 1.5-hour train commute away, which could have been doable but at the time we decided our kids were too young.

Living on Manhattan itself, even for a few months, would be amazing.

We lived in Darien CT. Most our neighbors worked in NYC and took the train. ~1 hr. Darien was awesome!
