Worst thing about living in NJ while working in NYC

Is that, unless you're along the PATH, you'll have to take NJ transit into the city, meaning you'll be arriving through Penn Station - strong contender for ugliest, most soul sucking place in America - every single day. Seriously I'd consider Westchester County or CT over NJ simply arrive at Grand Central instead of Penn.

We lived in Darien CT. Most our neighbors worked in NYC and took the train. ~1 hr. Darien was awesome!
