It is an effort, costs a lot and takes a week’s time away from work.

Thee is not much difference between an A and a B license. Most B licensees could get the A.

A licensees want to be DoCs or professional coaches.

There are some A licensees who aren’t very good coaches but got passed because they were great players. With that said it is a lengthy process for non former professional players.
