I'm in a major flair up and can hardly walk and sit. Life sucks right now! Any ideas for help? I have a back DR and have had a MRI. He suggests a cortisone shot, but you can only have those for two or three times right? I'm only 49 and scared of my future if I can't get this taken care of... I know I need to exercise (core) and stuff but it's hard to do when your in so much pain.. Any one with Ideas?
