But I think if you have good airflow and consistent temps it doesn’t take any longer but good to plan for a bit longer just in case. And if you get done early they are very easy to hold temp on of course

I smoked 3 in my masterbuilt electric. In theory it doesn’t take much longer. A few comments, though

Yup- some are fine at 195, others need 203+

It can stall longer because there is more moisture in the smoker. You are right that airflow is key
