I think everyone that smokes knows that, but you still need to estimate time
If you are planning an event. If his smoker typically takes 1 1/2 per lb to get his pork butt to temp, he is aware of cooking to temp and just wants advice on what multiple butts in other smokers have done to slow the process down is all.
