What are you doing for #FitnessFriday or what was something good you did this week. Today was chest and shoulders but i
also did deadlift which I missed yesterday because I didn't get enough sleep. Pulled 405 sort of (my lockout was bad). I also signed up for the spartan super here in Utah so im training for that now.
