the sous vide and instapot crowd is coming strong on this one

I actually think the more men are cooking at home whether it’s over an open fire or a microwave the better the world is. My grandfathers didn’t know how to cook. My dads cooking consisted of pancakes and toast. I enjoy bbq and have used a few different types of smokers over the years and just got a pellet smoker a few years ago and love it. I also like tending a fire and getting coals going and the effort of traditional smokers but at this stage of my life I enjoy the convenience of a pellet smoker over tending to a fire and adjusting air flow vents all night
